Showcase Terms of Use / 使用条款

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Showcase mobile, desktop, and web applications provided by Joe Chen (“Showcase”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using Showcase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

本使用条款（以下简称“本条款”）适用于您使用由 Joe Chen 提供的 Showcase 移动端、桌面端及网页端应用。安装或使用 Showcase 即表示您同意本条款；如不同意，请勿使用本应用。

For an application obtained through Apple’s App Store, these Terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Mandatory App Store terms and mandatory consumer rights prevail in the event of a conflict.

如果您通过 Apple App Store 获取本应用，本条款是对 Apple 标准许可应用最终用户许可协议的补充。如有冲突，应以强制适用的 App Store 条款及消费者法定权利为准。

1. What Showcase does / Showcase 的功能

Showcase is a media-display and digital-frame tool. It can display media selected from your device, local-network servers, remote storage, feeds, and third-party content services that you configure. Showcase does not itself sell or transfer ownership of third-party photographs, movie artwork, album covers, trademarks, or other media.

Showcase 是媒体展示和数字相框工具，可以展示您从设备、局域网服务器、远程存储、订阅源及自行配置的第三方内容服务中选择的媒体。Showcase 本身不销售或转让第三方照片、电影图片、专辑封面、商标或其他媒体的所有权。

2. License to use the application / 应用使用许可

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Showcase on supported devices for lawful purposes. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, circumvent technical restrictions, or redistribute the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.

在遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予您一项有限的、个人的、非独占、不可转让且可撤销的许可，以便在受支持的设备上合法安装和使用 Showcase。除适用法律明确允许外，您不得复制、出售、再许可、逆向工程、规避技术限制或重新分发本应用。

Open-source components included in Showcase remain governed by their respective open-source licenses. Those licenses take precedence for the relevant components.

Showcase 包含的开源组件继续受各自开源许可证约束；对于相关组件，应以对应开源许可证为准。

3. Your media and configured sources / 您的媒体与配置来源

You retain your rights in media and source configuration that you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authorization needed to access, display, cache, or otherwise use that media, server, account, playlist, feed, or API credential.

您保留对自行提供的媒体和媒体源配置所享有的权利。您有责任确认自己已取得访问、展示、缓存或以其他方式使用相关媒体、服务器、账户、歌单、订阅源或 API 凭据所需的授权。

You must not use Showcase to:

• access an account, server, collection, or network without authorization;
• display, download, export, redistribute, sell, or publicly perform content in violation of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
• remove or hide required creator credits, provider attribution, copyright notices, or technical protection measures;
• scrape, mirror, bulk-download, or recreate a third-party service contrary to its terms;
• distribute malware, unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content;
• interfere with Showcase, a provider’s API limits, security controls, or other users’ systems.

您不得使用 Showcase：

• 未经授权访问账户、服务器、集合或网络；
• 以侵犯著作权、商标权、隐私权、公开权、合同权利或其他权利的方式展示、下载、导出、再分发、出售或公开传播内容；
• 删除或隐藏必须保留的创作者署名、服务商归属、版权声明或技术保护措施；
• 违反第三方条款抓取、镜像、批量下载或复制第三方服务；
• 传播恶意、违法、滥用、剥削性或侵犯隐私的内容；
• 干扰 Showcase、服务商 API 限额、安全控制或他人系统。

4. Third-party services and content / 第三方服务与内容

Showcase may interoperate with services such as Unsplash, Pexels, TMDB, Open-Meteo, GitHub/Gitee, Immich, WebDAV, S3-compatible storage, cloud-storage providers, and supported music services. Product names, logos, media, and data remain the property of their respective owners. Their terms, licenses, attribution rules, API limits, privacy policies, and regional availability also apply to your use.

Showcase 可能与 Unsplash、Pexels、TMDB、Open-Meteo、GitHub/Gitee、Immich、WebDAV、兼容 S3 的存储、云存储及受支持的音乐服务协同工作。相关产品名称、Logo、媒体和数据仍属于各自权利人；您还须遵守其条款、许可、署名规则、API 限额、隐私政策及地区限制。

Third-party availability or an API response does not by itself prove that every photograph, poster, portrait, trademark, album cover, or other item is cleared for every commercial, public-display, marketing, or redistribution use. A source credit or disclaimer does not replace permission required from the applicable rightsholder.

第三方服务可访问或 API 返回了某项内容，并不代表每张照片、海报、肖像、商标、专辑封面或其他素材均已获得所有商业展示、公开展示、营销或再分发用途的授权。来源声明或免责声明不能替代相关权利人的许可。

Where provider attribution is shown by Showcase, you may not conceal or remove it. In particular:

• Unsplash API photographs may require photographer and Unsplash attribution, links, hotlinking, and download-event reporting;
• Pexels API use may require a prominent Pexels link and creator credit;
• TMDB use requires its approved attribution and does not imply endorsement or certification by TMDB.

对于 Showcase 根据服务商要求显示的署名，您不得隐藏或删除。特别是：Unsplash API 照片可能要求摄影师及 Unsplash 署名、链接、热链和使用事件上报；Pexels API 可能要求醒目的 Pexels 链接及创作者署名；TMDB 要求使用其批准的归属声明，且不表示 TMDB 对 Showcase 的认可或认证。

Third-party services can change, suspend, revoke access, impose fees, or remove content at any time. We do not guarantee continued access to a specific source or item.

第三方服务可随时变更、暂停、撤销访问、收取费用或删除内容。我们不保证任何具体媒体源或内容可以持续使用。

5. Local-network and remote connections / 局域网与远程连接

You control which local or remote endpoints Showcase connects to. Use trusted servers, accurate addresses, and appropriately scoped credentials. Unencrypted HTTP or legacy protocols can expose content and credentials to interception. Public internet endpoints should use HTTPS or another encrypted protocol. Local-network exceptions provided by the operating system are intended for servers you trust on your own network.

您决定 Showcase 连接哪些局域网或远程地址。请仅使用可信服务器、正确地址及最小权限凭据。未加密 HTTP 或旧协议可能使内容和凭据遭到截获；公共互联网服务应使用 HTTPS 或其他加密协议。操作系统提供的局域网例外仅应用于您信任的自有网络服务器。

6. Optional diagnostics and feedback / 可选诊断与反馈

Optional usage analytics, device registration, feedback upload, and crash reporting are off by default and may be enabled or disabled in Settings. Showcase may maintain a necessary pseudonymous Supabase account and authentication session to retrieve protected service configuration regardless of that setting. Enabling optional collection permits Showcase to associate that session with and transmit the device, usage, feedback, and diagnostic information described in the Privacy Policy. Disabling it stops future optional collection but does not automatically erase records already received.

可选使用统计、设备注册、反馈上传及崩溃报告默认关闭，可在设置中开启或关闭。无论该设置如何，Showcase 都可能保留必要的假名化 Supabase 账户和认证会话，以读取受保护的服务配置。开启可选收集后，Showcase 可以将该会话与隐私政策所述的设备、使用、反馈和诊断信息关联并进行传输；关闭后会停止后续可选收集，但不会自动删除此前已经收到的记录。

Feedback is voluntary. You grant us permission to use submitted feedback to support, maintain, and improve Showcase. This does not grant us ownership of your unrelated media or confidential materials. Do not submit secrets or third-party content that you are not authorized to share.

反馈为自愿提交。您允许我们使用所提交的反馈来支持、维护及改进 Showcase，但这不表示我们取得您无关媒体或保密材料的所有权。请勿提交秘密信息或您无权分享的第三方内容。

7. Updates and changes to the service / 更新与服务变更

We may update Showcase to fix defects, improve security, maintain compatibility, comply with provider rules, or change features. A source may be removed or disabled if its authorization, security, reliability, or legal status cannot be maintained. Updates distributed through an application store remain subject to that store’s rules.

我们可能为修复缺陷、提升安全性、保持兼容、遵守服务商规则或调整功能而更新 Showcase。如果某一媒体源的授权、安全性、可靠性或法律状态无法维持，我们可能移除或禁用该来源。通过应用商店分发的更新仍受该商店规则约束。

8. Copyright and rights complaints / 版权与权利投诉

If you believe content displayed through Showcase infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contact us with:

• your name and contact information;
• identification of the protected work or right;
• the provider, content URL, content ID, or other information sufficient to locate the item;
• an explanation of the alleged infringement and your authority to submit the request.

如果您认为通过 Showcase 展示的内容侵犯了您的著作权、商标权、隐私权、公开权或其他权利，请向我们提供您的姓名和联系方式、受保护作品或权利的说明、足以定位内容的服务商/URL/内容 ID，以及侵权说明和您有权提交请求的证明。

We may disable a source, remove a default reference, or take other reasonable steps while reviewing a complaint. For content hosted by a third-party provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly.

调查投诉期间，我们可能禁用媒体源、移除默认引用或采取其他合理措施。对于由第三方托管的内容，您可能还需要直接联系相关提供商。

9. Disclaimer / 免责声明

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showcase is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free playback, availability of third-party APIs, accuracy of metadata or weather information, compatibility with every server, or that third-party content is suitable or licensed for your intended use.

在法律允许的最大范围内，Showcase 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。我们不保证服务不中断、播放无错误、第三方 API 持续可用、元数据或天气信息绝对准确、兼容所有服务器，或第三方内容适合且已获准用于您的具体用途。

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

本条款不排除适用消费者法律规定的、依法不得排除的保证或救济。

10. Limitation of liability / 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from unavailable third-party services, loss of cached media, unauthorized source configuration, your use of third-party content, or network/server security outside our reasonable control. Our liability is not limited where limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, wilful misconduct, or certain personal injuries.

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于第三方服务不可用、缓存媒体丢失、未经授权的媒体源配置、您对第三方内容的使用，或超出我们合理控制范围的网络/服务器安全问题所导致的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失，我们不承担责任。对于法律禁止限制的责任，包括欺诈、故意不当行为或依法不得排除的特定人身伤害责任，本条款不作限制。

11. Suspension and termination / 暂停与终止

You may stop using Showcase and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend access to a remote feature or terminate the license granted under these Terms if necessary to address unlawful use, security abuse, provider requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, third-party rights, disclaimers, liability, and dispute obligations survive termination where applicable.

您可以随时停止使用并卸载 Showcase。为处理违法使用、安全滥用、服务商要求或对本条款的重大违反，我们可能暂停远程功能或终止本条款授予的许可。有关知识产权、第三方权利、免责声明、责任及争议义务的条款，在适用情况下于终止后继续有效。

12. Applicable law and changes / 适用法律与条款变更

These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rules in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of rights that cannot be waived by contract.

本条款受适用法律约束，包括您所在司法辖区强制适用的消费者及数据保护规则。本条款不会剥夺依法不得通过合同放弃的权利。

We may update these Terms when the application, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published at the Terms URL and made accessible from Showcase. If a material change requires renewed consent under applicable law, we will request it.

当应用、提供商或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本条款。当前版本及生效日期会发布于条款页面，并可从 Showcase 内访问。如果重大变更依法需要重新取得同意，我们会另行请求。
